Great service, came multiple time over multiple days they helped us with issues, and connected us with other people who could possibly help us better. Unfortunately it could not be fixed so they helped through the entire new phone process with kindness and respect.
Horrible customer service. The sales person treated me as if I did not know anything. He talked to me rude. Told me it was $21 to do a data transfer when Verizon has a free app that does it. Would not come back to this store ever!!!!!
