Was dissatisfied with the service I received today. I moved across the country and still share a plan with family. Tried to get a new phone here with an upgrade and offers that were mentioned on the online account. Was unable to redeem here or get someone who could acknowledge that these offers existed. They instead urged me to look at other offers they did have that would cost me more money (hundreds of dollars more). I need a way to get in contact with owners due to an issue with an employee
My phone was broke a nd reed took care of everything
Jack was a new employee & was so patient & kind with me. He helped me with my new phone & spent 4 hours assisting me with getting everything back on my phone including Apple music. His manager even let used his iPhone Apple account to help with my new Android Pixel. They were both helpful & knowledgeable & again very patient. I would recommend this store to any Verizon customer.
Reed always courteous and professional. Always a good experience. He is our rep of choice.
