Hoy fui a esta tienda de Verizon para solicitar un servicio de internet. En mi primera visita tuve dificultad porque no había nadie que hablara español, y considero que sería importante contar con personal bilingüe durante el día. Sin embargo, en mi segunda visita me atendió Irving, y de verdad merece una calificación excelente. Fue atento, profesional y me explicó todo con claridad. Recomiendo que otros clientes pidan por él, porque su atención marca la diferencia.
