Automated answering machine is extremely long winded and far too confusing. When i finally talked to a person, they refused to sell me a phone because im not an account holder. Dear Verizon, just so you know i will buy this phone elsewhere and i will put it on your service myself.. i dont NEED you to swap my new phone onto my existing plan.
