I was comparing there advertised BEATVANY DEAL... ' DEAL' it is not quite what is advertised but manager was honest and blunt. I have an amazing price w tmobile but been a customer since 1998 so.... they have bent over backwards for my business. I will say the deal w Verizon though is LOCKED ON 3 YRS so it is not a BAIT AND SWITCH and seems very competitive plus I was greeted warmly and treated professionally without overbearing pushy service

Brogan is a superhero. Really really good at his job…he quickly fixed an issue with my iphone13pro that had been playing me all week, and then even managed to cut my monthly bill simply because I mentioned to him that my billing amount had recently changed even though my plan was the same. He had me in and out of the store in less than 15min. Excellent customer service ⭐️
I walked in knowing what I wanted, and Brogan was ready to help! He was able to quickly get my new device set up, and help me find the right sized cases, and even put on the screen protector and camera lense protectors for me, very efficiently. He was able to assist another customer, while waiting for my devices to transfered data, with the same great customer service he gave me!
Stopped in to switch over and get new phones for me and my better half. I was already dreading it because it’s always such a hassle, takes forever and usually have to deal with some young guy who’s arrogant and makes me feel like I’m getting screwed some how. I was very surprised to actually enjoy the transaction. Chris gave us all his attention and was very friendly and personable.
