Red headed kid very unfriendly. I had a simple question and all I got was "They don't train us to help". I bought my phone there last year and the gentleman that helped me was very nice. This kid needs a job that doesn't involve working with the public!

Went in and ordered phones. Kaydain was wonderful to work. Unfortunately when our phones came in and went in to get them and set everything up Ella and her boss were absolutely awful. They basically told us we would have to wait until Kaydain came in. That he had messed up our order and they weren't able to fix it or redo it. They were very rude, unknowledgable, and useless. Would not even make a phone call to help. I was able to call Verizon customer service cancel my order through them and reorder without ever having to go... read more
