We came in for an upgrade on 1 out of 4 phones. We are leaving with a way better bill almost $70 less and added Netflix and hbo for still less then our old bill! AND internet’s for the house which is $45 less than what we are paying now!! Awesome service Ryan!!
AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. This store and employee Mac are scammers. I went in to get a new phone and without my consent MAC downgraded my existing plan and then added plan features so that my bill would be the same as my existing plan. He specifically said nothing has changed and you bill will be the same amount. That could not have been further from the truth. Great service and very helpful, walked in sad, came out happy
Ethan at the OC branch demonstrated top notch service! He helped other individuals, while helping us for 2-3 hours transition providers. He was patient and politely argued with customer service when AT&T made things difficult. Thank you Ethan for all your help with everything. I’m new to Verizon, but after 20years with AT&T and multiple calls to customer service I can tell Verizon has better customer service. I’ve called twice and they instantly helped, were polite, and listened.
