Ethan at the OC branch demonstrated top notch service! He helped other individuals, while helping us for 2-3 hours transition providers. He was patient and politely argued with customer service when AT&T made things difficult. Thank you Ethan for all your help with everything. I’m new to Verizon, but after 20years with AT&T and multiple calls to customer service I can tell Verizon has better customer service. I’ve called twice and they instantly helped, were polite, and listened.
