Justin saved the day! I came in to the store from out of town for my bachelorette party with a freshly broken phone, resulting in zero access. After visiting multiple Verizon Stores, spending several hours getting the same response, I was sent to this location. Justin immediately knew what to do and took less than 30 minutes getting me squared away. I left with an upgraded device, and a new IPad! Thank you, Justin, for saving the day!
