Went in & stand there 10mins before they asked for a name but nothing else. Was told we were next. 20mins later some other people came in and they waited on them before us. I asked about it and was told we were not waiting in the right place. After waiting another 15mins they came and asked what we needed. Told them my wife need to re-enter credit card number for her phone and was told they don't do that there. Justin saved the day! I came in to the store from out of town for my bachelorette party with a freshly broken phone, resulting in zero access. After visiting multiple Verizon Stores, spending several hours getting the same response, I was sent to this location. Justin immediately knew what to do and took less than 30 minutes getting me squared away. I left with an upgraded device, and a new IPad! Thank you, Justin, for saving the day!
