I got a new iPhone 2 days ago in North Conway. Upon returning home I noticed the camera lens cover kept falling off so I went to the Verizon store in Sagamore. I noticed a chip on the screen protector as I was handing the employee my phone. I asked him about it as the phone is 2 days old. He responded with ‘you’re awfully hard on your phones.’ I was annoyed with this presumption but responded with ‘no, I take good care of my things and just got rid of my iPhone 11.’ He told me he could replace the screen as complimentary. I stopped in to the Verizon store in Sagamore to return a Verizon piece of equipment. And Ian your representative took a look at my Verizon plan and recommended some changes that will save me about $25 a month. He also signed me up to get an alert when 5G or FIOS will be available at my address in Sagamore Beach. Excellent service! Thanks
