The service is poor because the information provided to the customer is incorrect and unsafe with their cell phone plans.
Terrible customer service. Sold me a “trial” internet service which was a nightmare to return…in fact they won’t accept the return here, I was forced to go to a UPS to drop off the equipment, which 4 months later Verizon suddenly billed me for. Shockingly I didn’t maintain a receipt 4 months later, so I got stuck with the fee. They also billed me for the time I had the modem, despite it being “a free 30 day trial” that I cancelled in 10 days.
