In November of last year, I traded in two iPhone 14 Pro Max in perfect condition through Verizon’s trade-in program. They promised a promotional credit that was never applied. I’ve called and visited the store several times, but no one takes responsibility. It’s unbelievable that such a big company refuses to fix their own promotion issue. Terrible customer service and lack of transparency.

I walked into this Verizon store and out of the three employees working, not a single one acknowledged me — no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. You can be as busy as you want, but good manners and basic customer service should come first. I waited for about 15 minutes, then another employee came from the back, looked at us, and still didn’t say a word. Terrible attitude and lack of professionalism. The service is poor because the information provided to the customer is incorrect and unsafe with their cell phone plans.
