Went in for help with my service not working correctly. And a visitor to my home also having issues with his Verizon phone. Super unprofessional. I didn't even know who actually worked there as they had no clothing on or name tag distinguishing them. The guy who finally said hi, had zero interest in helping me out. Completely disinterested.
