Don’t bother coming in here if you need anything! They will tell you you have to call to do anything to account rather than actually working on it in store and tell you about any deals on lines. Can’t forget they hang up on you! Fantastic employees work here beware!

Went to the Romeoville Verizon store yesterday. My wife had a problem with her Android phone. Micah Briggs was working the floor and he was very helpful in resolving the problem. He explained how the issue arose and how to resolve it if it happens again. He also reviewed my account and reminded us that on of our other phones was available for an upgrade.
