Just upgraded my son’s phone. Frank was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He efficiently handled our needs while seamlessly supporting other customers’ inquiries. He even talked me into a new Apple Watch (at no upfront cost due to “buy more save more” program) after hearing me mention plans to go to the Apple Store! I will definitely consult either Frank first for my next electronics purchase!
