Mark and Kevin were extremely helpful. Guided us through what the best options for phone trade in were and made everything seamless. Even went the extra mile when staying past close to help finalize the sale and set up our new phone. Highly recommend this store
My partner and I recently switched from AT&T to verizon and have had some horrible experiences in the past switching to a new provider. After researching the area, this location had the best reviews and WE TOTALLY SEE WHY! Paul and Mark took care of us and they were so friendly and helpful and helped us to understand what everything was. Paul at the Sewell store has went above and beyond to help me with a difficult double phone trade-in. He even went as far as giving me his home phone number to contact him after hours which I had to. He needs some kind of recognition for his effort. I’ve never dealt with an agent ever that has gone to these lengths to help me, and I am usually very critical about customer service of any kind.
