My partner and I recently switched from AT&T to verizon and have had some horrible experiences in the past switching to a new provider. After researching the area, this location had the best reviews and WE TOTALLY SEE WHY! Paul at the Sewell store has went above and beyond to help me with a difficult double phone trade-in. He even went as far as giving me his home phone number to contact him after hours which I had to. He needs some kind of recognition for his effort. I’ve never dealt with an agent ever that has gone to these lengths to help me, and I am usually very critical about customer service of any kind.
