Entirely useless. Couldn’t transfer our number. Couldn’t transfer our data. Talked us away from the specific phone we were looking for. Do yourself a favor and just go to any Verizon other than this one.
Made my way over to the Verizon in Irondequoit. Had the great opportunity to work with Mike Liberti. He helped me find some information I needed. He also helped me get a great deal on home internet and also get a Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go. It was a wonderful experience. I will be back for all my Verizon needs to work with Mike.
