I lost two hours between the Alexandria location who sent me to tech support who could not resolve the issue I was experiencing with my phone where I could not use my cellular data. I then went to Pineville location where, Kennard Williams resolved my issue in two minutes. What a huge difference in the support and knowledge of the products. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new phone or have issues with their mobile devices to go see Kennard Verizon Pineville location.

Convinced to buy a phone it has had no follow on promotion they offered every month it's a fight with Verizon terrible customer service. Don't recommend. Very disappointed he said I reminded him of his mother....
The staff was friendly, courteous, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away, which made me feel comfortable. The wait time was short, and the entire visit was efficient and pleasant. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciated the excellent customer service.
