Very nice staff Mike helped me transfer all my information with no issues.
Anthony was great from out of town and couldn't get my maps to work.He was fast efficient, and kind.Fixed the problem!!

Just awful customer service, and apparently it starts with the manager. "Oh his phone his phone doesn't work and it's having troubles activating the new one, yeah he should call customer service.". Sorry for having the audacity to show up in person to ask for help when I can't make any phone calls.
I switched to a different service.
