I was originally unhappy with experience at this store, after today my mind has changed. The 2 young ladies went above and beyond today and yes they handled our attitudes with class. We did come in a little fed up but both young ladies stepped up. Thank you

I went in for two new phones and to open a new business account. Brian was very helpful and seemed to know what he was doing however when I received the bill I found out that several things were not as he had said and one of the phones I had turned in for the promotional credit had not even been turned into my account. It's a $1000 promotional credit, so kinda a big deal. Save yourself the trouble and go to an actual verizon store.

Went in with a replacement phone because the internet was down for a couple days in P-West and I couldn't ghost over all my data. The girl working by herself would not touch my phone unless I agreed to pay first. She had nobody in the store but me and couldn't even give me the wifi password so I could finish the setup on the new Verizon phone.
