This Verizon was SOO kind and helpful with getting my device set up and very patient with helping me get used to my new phone! Mitch and J were very knowledgeable!

I was originally unhappy with experience at this store, after today my mind has changed. The 2 young ladies went above and beyond today and yes they handled our attitudes with class. We did come in a little fed up but both young ladies stepped up. Thank you
