Very poor costumer services the guy the guy who held me suppose help me, Is I think very lazy don’t want to look my bill. Don’t just say go back into another store and yeah, too lazy to look into my account and help me to find solution first time in this store and the bad customer service. I think I don’t wanna buy anything right now and the guys were by commission but I’m sorry I just need to fix my bill.
Customer service was very awkward. I called the store to see if it was available for pick up, due to the email telling me the pick up time. I waited until after pick up time to see if my phone was available and they had told me no. Didn’t have any issues with that at first, I was told it would be ready 2 hours later. Called 2 hours later and told me it wasn’t ready. I went to the store as soon as the call ended and as I arrived my phone was magically ready for pick up. I came in to this Verizon location to add my girlfriend to my account and get her whole new device and I was greeted and assisted by Mel Rivers. He was extremely kind and helpful and patient with us throughout the process. I appreciated the way he handled everything so if you come in and get Mel you will be in good hands.
