Bailey was very helpful getting me set up and moving my days to my new phone. The only thing that disappointed me was that he indicated I should be eligible for a 55+ discount. When I researched it, I found it was only available in Florida.

Bailey stuck it out with us. We ran into almost every road block we could trying to move some phone numbers to a new account. He stayed till after 9 pm to continue chipping away until we could walk out with our new phones. Thank you so much for all your help.
