This is a third party "TCC" location that only sells Verizon products, not an actual Verizon store. They add fees to anything they sell or help you with.
Verizon always competent with their technology as if they know their consumers lifestyle value with the Verizon network.
This store supposedly has good reviews, but this hasn't been my experience with this store. Also why is it so difficult to return your trade in phone.
I was in the area and needed to update my account and purchase a new line. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped me quickly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Great customer service!
Joey was so helpful. Two senior citizens had been mis-advised and had no idea that things had been added to their acct by an unscrupulous agent in another store. Joey took the time to help fix the acct and notified Verizon customer service of all details so we could get these chgs removed when we call. I have nothing but great words for Joey and we WILL be filing an official complaint against the verizon store on 4th and Best and their unscrupulous agents
