After 10 years of service, my Samsung phone crashed. I was dreading the process of replacing it until I met Jimmy at the Powdersville Verizon store. He is nice, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. I am very pleased with my new phone that he chose for me. I definitely recommend Jimmy and this Verizon location.
