Great customer service from Zach and David they helped us with every problem that we needed in the Hudson location
Was told my bill would be the same as it had been with the new phone not the truth
I went to the Hudson, New York store today. The guy working there was not nice. He said that he was alone and working with a couple at the time. He said that I could look around or just sit there. I waited for about 15 minutes and I asked if I should come back another time. He said he didn't know how long he'd be, obviously he didn't want to help me. I've been using Verizon mobile for many years. I will be going to another store, and if I get treated like this again, I may change to another carrier.
