No body was able to help me just tryin to add a sim to a phone that was already a Verizon phone idk how untrained they are or just don't care about the customers
Useless workers, couldn't help connect a device that was already on Verizon. If you're not buying a brand new device they will do everything in their power to not help you.
Adams and entire staff are amazing and professional. This is by far the best Verizon store in South FL. Highly recommended.
