Michael was great i was trying to get a phone activated for hrs through Verizon customer service he did it in 10 min thx
Had the worst customer service ever, the lady behind the counter was so rude and disrespectful to my husband when he only came in to ask a question, she literally rolled her eyes at him and just said, We don't fix phones, you have a virus, call the 611# I can't help you. So he walked out. Then he went to the Yorkville location and they were wonderful there, helped him, no problem. We live in Sandwich, but will drive to Yorkville from now on.
I was having some phone issues so I went in for some help, clerk on duty says sorry I can't help you I only sell phones, wow nice store, didn't catch her name otherwise I would praise her here
