Verizon is not for their customers Verizon is only about making money. I already paid my bill and they are still asking for more money. I just can't with this company I've cried got mad and even threatened to end my service after 5 years. The way things are set up and just absurd. You go into corporate just to have to have them call into corporate I mean come on who does that? Not all Verizon are the same? Then why franchise? I'm ending my service this month and taking my business else where this is disgusting.
Got great service on doing a upgrade on a phone that I could afford on a payment plan for 36 months
