John was fantastic
Very unfriendly and unhelpful. Took in old iPad to recycle. Asked for help to get rid of the last of the data. Stared at me. I wasn’t asking for money just trying to avoid filling up the landfill. Then asked about support for a used Verizon unlocked phone and was flatly refused.
Jestiny is such a wonderful employee. She helped me with all of my questions about my phone. I hope she's working next time I have a problem.
