I went in to help my elderly mother get a new phone, as her old phone finally wore out. Jenny was there to help us, and did a phenomenal job helping us out. She patiently explained the new features of the phone to my mom, and made sure we had everything we needed. I'm the account owner, and Jenny also gave me some tips on how to combine plans, etc., to reduce my overall bill. Thanks Jenny!
