Wonderful patience service. Kasey B. Was outstanding in his approach to detail and assessing our very complex situation with our bill. He was very diligence in the numbers. Very superb customer service. I highly recommend this store cuz even the manager was kind enough to step to advocate on our behalf of our billing issue and that it should have been addressed when we initially got the phones and should have been resolved at the previous store.
