Yes Verizon ended up putting an iCloud plan on my mother's phone without her knowing and it was an extra bill that she just like really couldn't afford right now. But when we found out that they did that of course we took her phone back to the Verizon store and the girl she kindly removed it for us and sent my mother confirmation on her cell phone of the transaction and what her bill would be on the next statement. I want to say thank you to that young lady for helping my mother out. You were very kind
