Staff is very helpful during the 2 disruption to our phone services half the country. They were very nice and helpful. Give them credit. They didn't know much as well but Verizon fixed it and orford a rebate. Hopefully it was nothing else.

Show slow slowslowslow slowslowslow. Oh and inefficient and incompetent. If I could give negative stars, I would. We wasted HOURS of our vacation, yes, like literally at least 8+ hours cumulatively trying to get my sister's phone ported over. It was a freakin' nightmare. The guy who helped us in the store was actually pretty nice, but the other two were problematic. Fast, professional, and very knowledgeable customer service. The manager Phil and the other representative Freddy actually did and recommended what was best for me—not what made them the most money. I highly recommend this store!
