Veronica was the worst sells person. She hiked up my plan without describing it to me. She added stuff to my plan. I was paying for apple products that I didn’t have. She added tv plans that I didn’t ask for just to make her commission higher. I went there three times to try and understand why my bill was so high. She was extremely lazy and when I was waiting for my watch she was supposed to call me and she didn’t. I had to go and ask for the watch. Alexis is really amazing. Not only was she extremely professional, she was very good in multi-tasking with the phones and watches we purchased. She even went out of her way to go to a different store to get the particular phone and watch that was not available at their store.
