Excelente servicio
Very poor service. Went for issue with esim and rep did everything i had already done. Texting on personal phone while I was sitting across from her. Finally sent me to Narcossee store and they took care of issue in 10 minutes. Go to Narcossee dont waste your time at Lee Vista
Do yourself a favor, ask for James! He is extremely helpful!!! He will ask questions to determine what product and terms are best for your specific situation. If I had a business, I'd steal him.
Great staff that provided exceptional hospitality. They walked us through the setup and upgrades with outstanding customer service and patience. Definitely worth a visit!
Veronica was the worst sells person. She hiked up my plan without describing it to me. She added stuff to my plan. I was paying for apple products that I didn’t have. She added tv plans that I didn’t ask for just to make her commission higher. I went there three times to try and understand why my bill was so high. She was extremely lazy and when I was waiting for my watch she was supposed to call me and she didn’t. I had to go and ask for the watch.
