I stopped in the store because I needed to swap my service over. They were very thorough and took their time over the entire process. Super helpful and really went above and beyond. We couldn't be happier

Our cell phone order pickup was a complete disaster—the most infuriating service I’ve ever encountered. The salesman had the nerve to blame us, claiming his system was missing details of the order we placed at their store weeks earlier. He expected us to tell him in advance what was missing in his system. Beyond frustrated, I told him to undo everything and cancel our orders immediately. His colossal blunder forced me to waste even more time on the phone with Verizon, struggling to fix the mess he left us with.
