Absolutely terrible and very disrespectful! So aggravated I didn't even get the employee/salemans name. I went there with my husband to find out why his phone all of a sudden is going in and out of service and Network all together. All the little young salesman wanted to do was sell him a new Samsung Galaxy 25! He was wanting his phone to work properly and the salesman wouldn't even hear of it until he said I would not let him talk.
