Absolutely terrible and very disrespectful! So aggravated I didn't even get the employee/salemans name. I went there with my husband to find out why his phone all of a sudden is going in and out of service and Network all together. All the little young salesman wanted to do was sell him a new Samsung Galaxy 25! He was wanting his phone to work properly and the salesman wouldn't even hear of it until he said I would not let him talk. They'll give you deal you think is great then lie straight to your face about hidden fees and contracts and say there's none just for the commission. They dont care if you're in a bad situation. They take advantage and say this is for being a great loyal costumer and you can upgrade, then charge your bill through the roof! Its stressful... dont go here..just don't
