Went to the verizon Abington store to switch out old with new and also got a free phone a promotion that was ongoing. I dealt with both DeAndre and Keith my first visit was with DeAndre my second was with Keith.. Both were beyond helpful and friendly it was an absolute pleasure working with both of them I also met another Tech named Nick who was extremely friendly as well! The guy is really good and intelligent but they don’t have staff literally just one guy there to do everything… kind of everyone that comes in states for like 20, 30, minutes out being assisted and just Leaves
I went into EB Verizon last Sunday and had a problem with my phone. The employee Isaac was so helpful and courteous and polite, and fixed the situation. I will be referring Friends and Family to this Verizon Store. Thank You Isaac! Today I brought My Husband in to get a new phone and again Isaac was there to accommodate us . So professional and kind.
