I went into EB Verizon last Sunday and had a problem with my phone. The employee Isaac was so helpful and courteous and polite, and fixed the situation. I will be referring Friends and Family to this Verizon Store. Thank You Isaac! Today I brought My Husband in to get a new phone and again Isaac was there to accommodate us . So professional and kind.
