Always ask for Leonard when you come to this Verizon store, he’s the absolute best!!! I arrived at the store 10 minutes before they close with an emergency and needed to purchase another phone and he was very patient and willing to assist me even after hours. He also Helped find a great deal for the new phone due to my loyalty as a customer. You really couldn’t ask for more than that and we are beyond grateful.
If u need any help with ur phone I suggest that u head to this store. Lisa-store rep-, WAS SO EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and so helpful, I will say it was by far my best experience dealing with my phone LISA WILL B A HUGE ASSET TO HER NEW COMPANY!! BIG THUMBS UP!!
