Lisa is lovely- extremely patient with my teenager’s busted iPhone!
After calling several times to Verizon to have fiber line repaired because a driver not paying attention on their cell phone drove into and damaged the pole destroying my fiber line that it's connected to and I have been hung up on repeatedly with no one able to help. Disappointing at the very least.
Demetrius Jones was, knowledgeable, patient, quick/efficient, went above and beyond, great communication on the transfer on my family's cellular service. He has the company's best intrest at heart and I highly recommend him for a bonus or/raise.
