you should know why its one star
What great service ! I needed to replace my broken phone and transfer the data to the new phone. Sounds simple enough but what a complicated frustrating task it turned out to be. I want to give a shout out to Breiana and Rob who took the time to trouble shoot and problem solve my dilemma and I was able to walk out the door with my new phone and data in tact. Great job. We'll done and a very big THANK-YOU.

Don't sign up there a joke there internet won't work even when u puy the best one. Also if your box breaks you can't send it back your just be charged 200 for it even after calling 5 times but they never fix the issue. I'm reporting them to better business and I'm getting a lawyer so I can get out of the contract bc they have not kept up there end of the contract I don't even know how there still in business. If I could give negative stars I would -5/5
Kevin Meza was most helpful with providing detailed information about available mobile plans and devices. He even provided outside resources that can help potentially with paying for a mobile plan and home internet access. And when the devices we wanted were not in stock at this store, he called another store and found the devices. While Kevin didn't get credit for the sale, he was still more than willing to help us in any way possible. Kevin, thank you for your help, and best of luck to you and your family!
