They were less than helpful when my 2 month old phone was having battery issues. It was physically hot to the touch. The first person offered to call verizon with us if the problem peristed. It did and when I went back someone else just gave me the number to call and shooed me out. Another store found the problem-it was an app and the phone is perfect. If you need real help go to another location!!!
