Derek Hunter a Verizon associate was absolutely wonderful when I went to the Verizon store with a phone issue Last week His patience and understanding and communication with my issue was handled with great customer service.
Went to Verizon on Boston Rd in Billerica, MA when they first opened today. Was greeted with a smile and was helped right away from Derek. Even though he literally had just opened, he sat right down and got to work figuring out how to help me! I had an older phone and had a virus on it, with more to come…he matched me up with an awesome upgraded phone and a case, screen protector and charger. My mother’s phone wasn’t working, so I went into the store and Erik helped me out. He was really supportive and gave explanations to everything. I recommend seeing him!
Went into the store expecting a tough time because of past experiences. Derek was a huge help and made the whole process easier.
Unfortunately, the service has been quite poor. There is a company located here, but they’re unable to assist on-site — support is only available by phone.
