Came in to get my phone cleaned and was greeted by Jessica and she helped me clean up my iPad, and phone and also signed me up for Verizon dollars and fixed my auto pay to save me more money ! Great customer service here!
I am so disappointed at the service experienced here. I entered with intention to buy a new phone, watch, and swap a work line to Verizon. The sales girl told me I could go out and call Verizon to make the switch she wasn’t helping me. She was short-tempered, rude, and could care less.
