BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY, DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. I have been with Verizon 18 years.They are not a Verizon store I found out. I went to get my free eligible phone upgrade. They are a company named Victra. Verizon informed me, after hours on the phone, you will be charged extra as they are contracted company.
