Ms Samantha Beckner gave my family the best service we have ever received from a cell phone provider! She works at this location, but also sells service at the Walmart Supercenter across the street. She took the time to fix an incorrect order of iWatches and iPhones for my family. During this correction, she made it a point to go above and beyond by personally tracking my old equipment return, updating me on a daily basis on status, and helping to ensure that we were not overcharged when our new equipment arrived. Had a great experience at this Monument Jackson Creek location which we chose because it was open earlier than other Verizon stores. Danny helped us guiding us through a few decisions and then the phone switch. It’s never fun to have phone problems and these pros have the patience to help you figure it all out, not to mention knowing all the options so I could decide what was best for me. Had to go back with a question and in no time others on Danny’s team helped me out. Appreciate the GREAT EXPERIENCE….thank you!
Extremely poor customer service and sales. As a customer who comes in and wants to sign up and buy a new phone it is very poorly managed. As I came in the representative continues to sit and not offer any assistance. As I’m asking her questions it’s like I’m making her work. Very poorly run Verizon store, does not make me want to sign up due to this kind of representation.
