We worked with Logan at the WCH, OH Verizon to upgrade our phones, get a new watch and a new iPad. The process was seamless and very quick. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and able to get us all the current promotions we were hoping for. He was more than happy to answer any questions we had and get our old phones traded in.
We have had so very much stress with this place. We have friends that say the Verizon store in Hillsboro is much more accommodating.
Logan was very friendly and helpful with getting me the iphone 15 Pro Max.
