Brenden Ram gave excellent customer support. Even helped us with an overlooked issue, we were told by customer service was taken care of last November.
Shout out to Brendan L who was very helpful to me over 4 hours and 3 visits, trying to get a new line of service for my mom's iPad. He understood the issue, but the help desk people did not. He was my advocate and was able to find the person at the tech help desk that could resolve my issue. He made Verizon understand the inconvenience caused to me and was able to get me compensation for it. Thank you, Brendan! Everything is working great now!!

I had an incredible experience thanks to Brenden. He was handling multiple customers completely on his own, and you would never have known it—he stayed calm, efficient, and genuinely attentive the entire time.
