B was extremely helpful along with Susan who was able to unlock my mobile phone which after dealing with that for 4 days with the other carrier was not happening a huge shout out to you both and Verizon. Still fiddling around with my phone. I am the worst at creating accounts. Going to call for help. The number listed says international call when I dial it. Hmmmm
Pulled up at 430 and came into the store, there was another person in que ahead of me which was cool but I stood there for 20 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. Not a "hey welcome to the store we are working with these guys but we get to you soon". Someone as well came in behind me, they ignored him as well, he left 5 minutes later. Then a family came in, none of us were greeted or even acknowledged. Comically poor customer service. Also not a actual Verizon Store, it's a place called TCC an authorized retailer.
