Adam and Jaelyn were hands down some of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Their professionalism, patience, and customer support were top-tier. Even when I was frustrated, they stayed calm and helped resolve everything smoothly. Highly recommend!

I would give them no stars if I could. Ongoing charges to our phone bill after a representative at the store made a mistake to my families account. It’s been months and the store keeps on dodging our calls. A complete headache to me, and terrible customer service on their end. Do yourself a favor and upgrade directly via Verizon online.
This place is most unfriendly and unprofessional. Unbelievable.
