This location must be shutdown. Never had a positive experience. They messed up our business account. Several devices were added to our account without our knowledge. We wanted to settle the issue with new management but Michael who is the manager at this location kept lying, workers are inexperienced or don’t know what they’re doing. Adam and Jaelyn were hands down some of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Their professionalism, patience, and customer support were top-tier. Even when I was frustrated, they stayed calm and helped resolve everything smoothly. Highly recommend!

I would give them no stars if I could. Ongoing charges to our phone bill after a representative at the store made a mistake to my families account. It’s been months and the store keeps on dodging our calls. A complete headache to me, and terrible customer service on their end. Do yourself a favor and upgrade directly via Verizon online.
This place is most unfriendly and unprofessional. Unbelievable.
