They deactivated my phone BEFORE my plan went out and without notice then they won't let me access my account to refill it or turn it back on I was expecting an extremely important call from an doctor and miss it IM SWITCHING SERVICE FROM THIS CRAPPY COMPANY AND MAYBE INFORMING FCC AND THE FTC
Had to go there out of total necessity,my mom's old flip phone had bit the dust,.and Leslie l.did us right,had to get my mom a New phone and get her on our plan.,and not only did she take care of everything literally on the spot and in the same day,she also made a point to save us money,...any service like that to me is totally un heard of now days.i wish there was a higher rating for action and achievement.because she has it in my opinion.again thank you Leslie l.
