My phone decided to do it's own thing. I couldn't turn it off or anything, I basically had a paperweight. BTW it is a Samsung 24 Ultra. I took my phone to Verizon and Alexus fixed it. She is great, super friendly and stayed calm. Alexus saved the day. Thank you
I went in there to get my phone fixed the first time and a girl named Alexis helped me out, she was very helpful and kind. The 2nd Time I went back in to get an upgrade and I had Alexis again. Both times she was very kind, patient, and very informative. Really amazing staff, Very nice tidy space, and amazing service. Both visits were amazing!!
