Zae was seriously amazing to work with. She helped me get everything dialed in with my phones and made the whole process enjoyable. What stood out most was how much she cared about the details. She looked at the big picture but also took the time to make sure every little thing was right and that stuff makes a huge difference! Honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Friendly staff but not honest so i came to add an iPad with service and I believe rico was the one helped me and i clearly asked how much is my bill gonna change and $10 device payment and $4 monthly service. Not ok let go for it now it’s time for my next bill and an increase of $129 find out all three devices protection has been activated $19, $16, $7.95. I clearly told him not to add protection whether it was done by him or the system. I spoke to verizon n was told credit will be applied next bill. Be careful and don’t ju... read more
