The salesman worked hard to help us, but was alone on a Saturday. Three other customers came in while we were there. One waited for an hour and a half, one very noisily and unhappily left, and one came back. We were there for two hours and still were not able to get my son's info switched over from his old phone to the new one. I had tried multiple times to get both technical and billing issues resolved at other Verizon locations in both Junction City and Manhattan KS. But Kode at the Southwinds Pl location was the one person who knew how to get it done! Thank you, Kode! You made it look easy and handle all my frustration with a calm and friendly demeanor that really validated my choice to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon. Thanks for being so good at your job!
