Noah was absolutely horrible. I just wanted to know the status of my phone. :( makes me want to cancel service all together.
Terrible service. Some guy said how are you and I asked if he worked there. He rolled his eyes and sighed. I thought he was another customer because he didn't have a name tag or clothing on that said verizon. He had a terrible attitude so I took my business elsewhere.
Emilio was unbelievably helpful with my trade-in fiasco. On two separate visits, he spent time with Verizon support to figure out a situation that no one had ever heard of (my phone was listed incorrectly on my account). In the end, he was able to find a solution that was very close to the ideal. I would highly recommend him for any and all needs!
I was a Google Fi customer. I went to the Verizon store in Superior to upgrade my devices. I searched online first. Since I have five devices, I thought the business plan (I run a small business) would lower my monthly payment. It was about $240.32. However, the employee recommended the personal plan to get newer phones for free next 3yr contracts, which was on sale during the Black Friday(my monthly payment would be at least $260).
