Terrible experience at this store. The store manager is condescending, patronizing, and has terrible customer service. I will never again go to this store
Was helped with a total cluster on a new line on our account by Joshua Castleberry who totally saved my bacon! Thank you for the most useful customer service I’ve ever received! Note: don’t buy a phone from Verizon on the phone from customer care because they don’t!!!
