I have dealt with our Verizon stores several times and I have had the best service anybody could ask for. I appreciate the extra help they always give with my Many problems I have brought to them always super polite . And manage to fix anything I've had to have them do. Ty to my Verizon buddy's for always being there for me. 🥰
Immediately after I explained my issue with my phone the gentleman said I need a new phone. I knew he was going to say that like before explained can't afford it needed other options I asked if purchasing a sim card would help he said yes, that's all I needed to know..
