I waited close to an hour for the single representative in the store to finish a simple data transfer with the guy in front of me. She refused to allow me to make an appointment to come back, saying they were short-staffed. As soon as I got assistance, they conveniently had an outage where the rep could not call customer support. This single experience was bad enough that Verizon has lost all credibility with me, and I will be switching to AT&T or T-Mobile shortly. I’m new to the Reno area and live where I have bad cell phone reception, so I want to switch my AT&T (20 years)to Verizon. There was no acknowledgement during the whole 50 minutes I was in the Vista Knolls, Reno NV store, with only two customers before me and one customer service person.
