TCC used to care aabout their customers. Now you can stand in line and no one offers to help. Unless you confront an employee, they can ignore you for n hour. I used to go to TCC because the Verison Store was rude,. Maybe it's time to try them again.
The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The store was neat and organized, very efficient. The rep that helped me switch from Verizon pre-paidn got it done in short order. He even got me a new tab to go with the line .The only problem I have with the location is that the store itself has no phone. Imagine that. A phone carrier with no phone lol. I wanted call the Manager and give him "kudos " on his/her crew. Oh the irony 🙄
